• Written content including articles, essays and the book Mindset Momentum.
• Digital resources and downloads that may be offered from time to time.

Scope, schedule and fees for any engagement are confirmed in writing before it begins.

• Give accurate information when you enquire, book or purchase.
• Attend booked sessions on time and communicate changes as early as possible.
• Do not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or disrupt its operation.
• Do not use the content for unlawful, harassing or misleading purposes.

All content on this site — text, articles, book material, images, branding, course material and downloadable resources — belongs to Jyothi Kodati unless stated otherwise. You may read, share links and quote short extracts with clear credit. You may not copy, resell, republish, record or redistribute the material, or use it to train commercial systems, without written permission.

Fees, session length and delivery format are agreed in advance. Payment is due as set out at the time of booking, and a session or programme is confirmed once payment is received. Prices may change for future bookings; a confirmed booking keeps the agreed price.

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Everything offered here is educational and developmental in nature. It is not financial, legal, medical or psychological advice, and it does not replace professional advice from a qualified adviser.
