Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is collected when you use jyothikodati.com, why it is collected, and the choices you have.

Last updated: 10 August 2026

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Jyothi Kodati (“we”, “us”), a finance literacy and communication mentor based in India. For any privacy question, contact jkskillsprint@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and any message you write in the contact form, service enquiry forms, or the book waitlist and pre-order forms.
  • Account information: if you sign in to a restricted area, your email address and authentication details.
  • Technical information: standard server and analytics data such as browser type, device type, approximate region, referring page and time of visit.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal data such as financial account numbers.

3. How we use your information

  • To reply to your enquiry and to arrange mentoring, coaching or speaking engagements.
  • To send updates about the book Mindset Momentum if you joined the waitlist or placed a pre-order.
  • To deliver products or services you requested and to keep records of those transactions.
  • To understand how the website is used so we can improve the content and experience.
  • To meet legal, tax or accounting obligations.

4. Marketing emails

We only send updates to people who submitted their email through a form on this site. Every update includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also ask us to remove you at any time by email.

5. Cookies and analytics

The site uses essential cookies needed for pages and sign-in to work, and may use privacy-friendly analytics to count page views and understand which content is useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential features may not work correctly if you do.

6. Service providers

We rely on trusted third parties to run this website — for example website hosting and database services, email delivery services, and payment processors for book or programme purchases. They process your data only to provide those services to us. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

7. Data storage and security

Submissions are stored in a managed, access-controlled database. Access is limited to the site owner through an authenticated admin area. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

8. How long we keep your data

Enquiries and waitlist entries are kept for as long as needed to respond and maintain a record of our relationship, and are deleted on request. Transaction records may be kept longer where law requires it.

9. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email jkskillsprint@gmail.com with your request and we will act on it within a reasonable time.

10. Children

Some of our work supports students and teenagers. Where a participant is under 18, we ask that a parent or guardian make the enquiry and give consent. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children without that consent, and we will delete it if we learn we have.

11. External links

Pages on this site link to other websites such as LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and book retailers. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site and services evolve. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
